We stayed in 502, it was very clean and new looking like the hotel had been recently renovated. The shower had good water pressure and the amenities were numerous, lots of towels etc. We had a decent view out the window too. The customer service was great, they were very kind, understanding we had a baby with us and even valet parking which was a relief. From check in to check out it was flawless. We were even accommodated on a later check out since it took longer with the baby. The baby bassinet they provided was free of charge which made it easier for the little guy. It was even the same as his at home so he felt right at home. You cannot beat the location, smack dab in the middle of everything so just a short walk to any of the sights and very good restaurants including the one in the hotel.. After traveling to numerous places this was one of the best hotel experiences we've had.

The room and the hotel facilities were splendid. The bathroom (although not large) was very well appointed - with a shelf and a rail in the shower cubicle. The air-con was the best I've ever experienced in a hotel - quick to respond when adjusting the temperature and extremely quiet. The room was very quiet - we didn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms or the corridor at all. The hotel staff were brilliant - answered questions and offered advice regarding places to eat etc. We ate breakfast in the hotel's Brasserie each morning and enjoyed some delicious meals in there. The location of the hotel was perfect for anyone wanting to stay in the old part of Quebec City - it was close to all the visitor attractions, sights, restaurants etc. that we wanted to visit.

Location was amazing! My partner and I went for the Christmas markets, and Hotel Clarendon is conveniently located right across the street. The hotel was beautiful, the bed was soooo comfortable, the hotel room was larger than many of the rooms in some of the historic buildings, and had updated amenities. No complaints with the room. Valet and staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Old Town (upper town), making it the ideal location for exploring that part of the city. Many restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance.

The location is incredible. Walking distance to lots & lots of restaurants. The hotel has been recently remodeled, and everything is new & fresh. They used a very classy, relaxing color scheme throughout the hotel and rooms. The bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were high quality. Rooms were very quiet. New rain showers with additional massage heads at body level made for an amazing shower. All of the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were so friendly and helpful.

Great location, comfortable bed & enough space in the room, especially for a historic hotel. We faced the Fairmont hotel & side street so we had a view & it was quiet. Bedding was very comfortable. Bathroom had undercounter lighting which was nice when waking up at night & not wanting a bright light to wake up the other person in the room. Keurig coffee machine in room. Nice restaurant downstairs. I ate breakfast there.
